Terms and Conditions - DAC's Car Rental

Please read these terms carefully before listing your vehicle with us. By submitting your car, you agree to all terms outlined below.

Car Listing Agreement Terms

Vehicle Usage & Responsibility

  • From the time the agreement is made with the company, the responsibility of the vehicle will rest with the company.
  • The company will have full rights regarding when, how, and by whom the vehicle is to be used.
  • After the agreement, the vehicle owner cannot use the vehicle without the company's permission.
  • If the vehicle owner needs the vehicle and the company refuses to return it, the agreement will be canceled, and a penalty of fifty thousand rupees will be imposed.
  • If the vehicle owner needs the vehicle and the company agrees to provide it, the vehicle owner must inform the company director at least three days in advance about how many days the vehicle will be needed, and if the vehicle is not available, another vehicle from the company will be provided as a substitute.
  • If the vehicle owner takes the vehicle on a working day and any damage occurs to the vehicle, the rental cost will be charged to the vehicle owner.

Financial Terms

  • The responsibility for the vehicle's installments will entirely lie with the company.
  • The vehicle's payment should be for at least five years.
  • If any penalty is incurred on the vehicle's installments, the company will pay the penalty amount.
  • After paying the installments of the vehicle, the remaining amount will be divided 50-50%.
  • The earnings and bills of the vehicle will be fully deposited into the company's account.
  • The profit from the vehicle will be deposited into the vehicle owner's account at the end of the month.
  • The vehicle installment will be deposited into the vehicle owner's account two days in advance.

Maintenance & Insurance

  • If there are minor defects in the car or any other issues within the car, the company will fully take care of them.
  • The company will be fully responsible for any damage that occurs to the car.
  • In case of any damage to the car, the company will be fully entitled to use the insurance.
  • The responsibility of how and when to use the insurance will be entirely with the company.

Contract & Documentation

  • The vehicle contract will be for a minimum of 11 months.
  • If the vehicle owner cancels the contract for any reason after it has been made, the vehicle owner will have to pay a government penalty of 50,000 rupees.
  • All documents of the vehicle will remain with the company.
  • Documents containing information about the vehicle's installments must be submitted to the company at the time of the agreement.
  • Both keys of the vehicle will remain with the company.
  • GPS access of the vehicle will be with both the vehicle owner and the company.

These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the vehicle owner) and DAC's Car Rental. It is your responsibility to read and understand all terms before listing your vehicle. By proceeding with the car listing process, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions stated herein.
